Dog Sweaters

Reknitz™ dog sweaters - simple, stylish and good for the environment! American made from reclaimed cotton fibers, each dog sweater saves water and does not require fertilizers, insecticides, dyes, and even farmland!

The cotton yarn is derived from pre-consumer textile table remnants (scraps from T-shirts and other cotton garments that are too small to do anything with and would otherwise end up in an incinerator), that are cleaned and separated into raw fibers. The cotton fibers are then blended with 24% new acrylic fibers and spun into yarn for dog sweaters. What's more is that the fibers are not re-colored, as the careful mixing of textile cuttings creates cool-looking colors that are used in Reknitz dog sweaters.
