Minimize Waste: Not only have they developed a manufacturing process that minimizes waste (currently as low as 2.4%!) they also took it into consideration when designing their state-of-the-art building. It was constructed using the latest developments in energy efficient design in 2001.
Re-use and recycle materials throughout the manufacturing process: Scrap materials are used to create new dog toys; Reclaimed and reused old boxes are utilized to store finished goods rather than plastic manufacturing totes. They also incorporate recycled material in their shipping boxes.

IntelliLoft™: They utilize recycled IntelliLoft fibers that are derived from recycled plastic bottles in all of their dog beds and many of their dog toys.
IntelliLoft™ is clean, safe, re-engineered PET (polyethylene terephthalate) polymer material that is a win/win for our customers and the environment!
By recycling existing PET polymer material they are reducing energy use while, at the same time, keeping plastic bottles out of our landfills. Creating products that use IntelliLoft™ recycled material can use up to 8 times less energy than it takes to manufacture the same material new.
IntelliLoft™ Fiber Fill is the incredibly intelligent recycled, super soft re-engineered polymer made exclusively for our manufacturer. IntelliLoft™ is the eco friendly stuffing and cushion used throughout many of our products from the dog beds to the dog toys. Because the IntelliLoft™ is created from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles, it is not only machine washable, but it washes clean, eliminating those unwanted pet odors.
