Q: Are your products guaranteed?
A: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. We cannot be responsible for items that have been damaged by destructive dogs or puppies. Our products are durable but not indestructible. Our tough, durable Zogoflex dog toys, the Hurley, Huck and Zisc, do come with a one-time replacement guarantee. Q: What if I receive a product that has been damaged during shipping?
A: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service, and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise. We understand there may be occasions when a return or exchange may be necessary. The shipping of a return is the responsibility of the customer. We can only accept returns and exchanges of completely unused items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and require authorization. Please contact us for this information.

A: Some of our dog beds come with removable covers that can be machine washed and dried. Some of them are one piece and the entire bed can be machine washed and dried.
