Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.

We cannot be responsible for items that have been damaged by destructive dogs or puppies. Our dog beds, dog toys and dog sweaters are durable but not indestructible. Please choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your pet.

Our tough, durable Zogoflex dog toys, the Hurley, Huck and Zisc, do come with a one-time replacement guarantee. Please contact Customer Service for more information on this guarantee.
