Returns and Exchanges
We want to be sure that all dog beds, dog toys and dog sweaters we sell meet your standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service, and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise.
We understand there may be occasions when a return or exchange may be necessary. The shipping of a return is the responsibility of the customer.
We can only accept returns and exchanges of completely unused items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and require authorization. Please contact us for this information.
Only dog beds, dog toys and dog sweaters in new and unused condition will be refunded (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee). Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
If you have placed an order and then change your mind and cancel the order before the item is shipped, a 6% restocking fee will be charged to cover credit card processing fees.
