GoGreenDogBeds.com processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship directly from the manufacturer via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS Standard or Priority Mail.

Most of our products ship within 2 to 3 business days from when you place your order, but you should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

If you use a P.O. box, please provide both your P.O. Box number and your physical address to ensure a timely delivery. We cannot be responsible for undeliverable shipments due to a wrong address.

We cannot ship dog beds, toys, sweaters and jackets outside the contiguous USA at this time.

All shipping is FREE on dog beds, toys, sweaters and jackets!!  Shipping on other products is as listed on those sites.
